Salary: $114,400 - 124,800 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• At least 8 years of IT experience, including 3 or more years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Salesforce environments
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Revenue Cloud
• Demonstrated experience delivering in Agile and Scrum settings
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, integrations, APIs, Flows, and Lightning Experience
• Experience creating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and prioritization skills, including the ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder, are preferred
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is preferred
• Experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI, CPQ, or MuleSoft is preferred
• Exposure to enterprise integrations and digital transformation programs is preferred
• Experience in telecommunications, banking, retail, or healthcare is a plus
• Knowledge of AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities, generative AI, and Agentforce is a plus
• Experience leading global teams and large-scale Salesforce transformation programs is a plus

• Set and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and business objectives for Salesforce initiatives
• Work with business stakeholders to gather, assess, and prioritize requirements
• Own and maintain the product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities
• Coordinate with Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, and UX stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Turn complex business needs into technical specifications and actionable user stories
• Facilitate Agile activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure Salesforce solutions support business goals and meet user experience, scalability, and compliance needs
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and user feedback, and guide ongoing improvements
• Coordinate with release and change management teams to support successful deployments
• Serve as the main point of contact between business users and the development team
