Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.ResponsibilitiesProcess and monitor budget and expense accounts for the department including P-card approvals and reconciliationManage multiple calendars; prioritize and plan work activities using time efficientlyGather and evaluate information as well as proofread, compose, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other complex documents for departmentAssist with planning and coordinating meetings, multiple presentations and department eventsArrange for travel inclusive of complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries; compile documents for travel-related meetingsAssist in the preparation of monthly budget reports for the departmentCreate and manage departmental project calendarsQualificationsAssociate's Degree in business or related fieldThree or more years of relevant work experienceMedical and/or Dental experience preferredKnowledge of office practices, technology applications, and reporting systemsBenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurancePaid time offChild Care Assistance401kPaid time to volunteer in your communityCompensation Information $25.00-$28.50 / HourlyPds Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
