What You’ll Do

• Provide expert care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting
• Attend high-risk deliveries and participate in resuscitation efforts
• Manage and monitor infants requiring complex specialized care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Support family-centered care and education for parents and caregivers
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Minimum 2 years' experience in neonatal or pediatric intensive care
• Strong knowledge of Level III NICU protocols and high-risk neonatal care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Leadership or mentorship experience in NICU settings
• Additional certifications such as NRP or TNCC
