  • Join a company that values an ownership mindset, innovation, accountability, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business.
  • Become part of an evolving finance function with opportunities to help shape processes, influence strategic decisions, and support the organization's continued success.

WHAT THEY OFFER YOU

  • Join a growing organization where your contributions directly influence business performance, strategic growth, and long-term value creation.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives, gaining visibility into enterprise-wide financial strategies and business decisions.
  • Be part of a collaborative finance team that values teamwork, knowledge sharing, and celebrating collective success.

  • Evaluate strategic business investments and transformation initiatives to measure financial impact, value realization, and long-term business performance.

  • Analyze business performance, identify financial trends, and evaluate opportunities to improve profitability, cash generation, and overall financial results.
  • Support the organization's evolving operating model by developing financial frameworks, reporting capabilities, and performance measurements that align with changing business priorities.
  • Collaborate across finance and operational teams to assess investment opportunities, establish financial accountability, and measure the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial analyses, business cases, and recommendations to senior leadership, providing clear insights that support informed decision-making.

A BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance, ideally at the Senior Manager or Director level.
  • Experience within a private equity-backed portfolio company strongly preferred, with an understanding of value creation, EBITDA performance, cash flow management, and the financial expectations of PE ownership.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, including cash flow forecasting, profitability analysis, revenue modeling, and strategic investment evaluation.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide financial initiatives, partnering with business leaders, and influencing decisions through data-driven insights.
  • A foundation in a large, sophisticated finance organization with established FP&A processes, combined with the flexibility to succeed in a faster-paced, less structured environment.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, moving seamlessly between high-level financial planning and detailed, hands-on analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of complex financial challenges.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, actionable business recommendations.
