Cabinet Maker
Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and take pride in producing quality work?  We welcome you to join our growing team as a Cabinet Maker .  
You’ll play an important role in building custom cabinetry that go into luxury homes and commercial projects throughout the greater Charlotte area.

What You’ll Do

• Cut plywood and hardwood pieces to exact dimensions
• Build cabinets to shop drawings, meeting our uncompromising standards
• Sand cabinet parts, panels, doors, edges, and profiles to finish-ready standards
• Upfit doors/drawers onto finished cabinets
• Inspect your work and correct any issues before parts downstream
• Maintain steady production while meeting MHC quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with hand tools preferred (will train as needed)
• Attention to detail and ability to recognize surface defects
• Ability to consistently produce quality work with minimal rework
• Ability to lift up to 75 lb throughout the workday
• Willingness to learn MHC sanding, quality, and safety standards
• Reliability – show up on time every day – our crew will depend on you

Schedule

• Mon to Thr 6:30am – 4:30 pm
• Fri 6:30am – 12:00 pm
• Flexibility to work some overtime as needed
